Frequently Asked Questions

How many students are currently enrolled in the school?
Currently, we have 23 students enrolled across all grade levels.
How do students make decisions about their university and career paths?
All students begin their career exploration through weekly career research activities starting in 7th grade. When they reach 10th grade, they prepare for their future by developing two distinct career paths: one for domestic opportunities and another for international opportunities.
What do students learn at this school?
Through our S.O.T. program based on Christian values, students study core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies, along with various electives including Music, Art, Computer Science, and Japanese. Through Bible study, worship, and discussions, we develop students' creativity and critical thinking skills. Most importantly, students deeply learn about Jesus's character as the foundation of their lives.
What learning materials does the school use?
We use School of Tomorrow's PACEs (Packets of Accelerated Christian Education) to provide students with a systematic and effective learning environment. This program is designed to foster students' autonomy and responsibility.
What are the career paths for graduates?
Students who complete all 12 levels of the S.O.T. program receive an official Diploma from Lighthouse Christian Academy, enabling them to apply to English-speaking universities worldwide. Students wishing to attend Korean universities can prepare for admission through the GED (High School Equivalency Test) for either early or regular admission.
